Set up and troubleshoot connections in many different environments and connect them with physical cables or wireless frequencies, creating adequate signal strength throughout a location for a client's use.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCurrent Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle.\nPrevious IT or Related technical technician experience is required.\nTechnically inclined – experience with Cabling runs/ management/ testing/ terminating, Network provisioning.\nExcellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.\nSmart Phone mobile device.\nFlexible availability.\nFrequent use of hand tools.\nTravel is required in various markets.\nLifting 60lbs or more.\nAble to climb up and down ladders.\nTesting networks Wi-Fi signals, heat mapping.\nInstalling, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches.\n\nCompetency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.\nSuperior knowledge of various networking technologies.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nAptitude for customer support.\n\nRequired Education and Experience\nOver the age of 18.\nCertifications are a plus but not required.\nAll training is provided.\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
