The Restaurant Manager will work as a member of the management team maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nModel hospitality skills/behaviors by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant.\nEffectively handle guest complaints.\nBuild positive, professional relationships with members of the community.\nManage department staffing needs to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained; review applications, interview candidates, and training.\nLead shift meetings, and solicit feedback from team members.\nHandles shift-by-shift coaching and performance counseling and feedback of team members on as needed basis.\nResponsible for the proper submission and documentation of all guest and team member related injuries and/or incidents.\nManage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals\nConduct administrative manager functions and transactions.\nEnsure adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards.\nEnsure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents.\nConduct time punch audit daily and make corrections accordingly.\nAssist with rollouts of new company programs, policies, and procedures.\nUnload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage\nRotate and restock inventory\nEnsure team meets or exceeds cost of sales actual vs legitimate target.\nUnloading vendor trucks/pallets, ensures inventory is properly received and rotated.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:\n\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nMinimum two years restaurant management experience preferred.\nCollege degree preferred or equivalent in experience.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nEnergetic and flexible.\nMaintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.\nWell organized and detail oriented.\nForms strong working relationships within team.\nIdentifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.\nFollows direction with focused attention.\nStrong computer skills\nMust possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nSupervision over hourly employees during each shift\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nNP Not Present\n\nO Occasional (Up to 25% of time)\n\nF Frequent (26%-74% of time)\n\nC Constant (75% or more of time)\n\nRequirements\n\nStanding/Walking: Remaining on ones feet in an upright position at a workstation or moving about in a work area.(C)\nSitting: Remaining in a normal seated position.
