We build luxury retail TI and Ground Up Commercial Projects. This position may require travel. We are looking for this superintendent to have a high success and completion rate of retail projects. If you are inspired by a fast pace, are challenged by complex design, have keen organizational skills, and are looking for stable employment, this might be the perfect position for you.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nRead and understand construction plans and the specifications. Must be able to control jobsite costs, and manage all subcontractors on site.\nManagement\nAs the superintendent on-site, you will manage and coordinate all on-site activities from start-up to completion, while striving for a zero punch-list close. Must have the ability to manage and direct anywhere from 2 to 30 people at once, while managing delivery schedules and excelling in preventing any delays.\nPrepare and oversee the schedule of the project(s) all while taking into account delivery dates with manufacturers, or client install dates and the schedule of all subcontractors.\nDocumentation\nCoordinate with PM on all change orders, plan changes, submittals, and manage the project(s) budgets.\nQualified Candidate will have:\nMinimum of five years experience as a superintendent in commercial construction\nKnowledge and understanding of construction contracts and the ability to review.
