The working position is Telework.\n\nDevelopment and enhancement of applications supporting Texas’ 1,247 school districts.\n\nWork across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficacy of assigned components\n\n7 years of Alfresco experience, including managing the digital platform, defining architecture, configuration and customization expertise, integrations to other systems, scoping and sizing work, assisting with backup and disaster recovery strategies.\n\nDesign and implement custom solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) to extend Alfresco functionality.\n\nDevelop and maintain Alfresco extensions using the Alfresco SDK, AMP packaging, and REST APIs.\n\nIntegrate Alfresco with external systems using CMIS, web services, and custom connectors.\n\nAdminister Alfresco environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, security management, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and operational support.\n\nBackup and disaster recovery.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.\n\nMicrosoft Technologies & Database Systems\n\nProficient in .NET 10.0, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio, with a strong grasp of modern design principles.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database management, including T SQL development, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning for complex systems.\n\nAgile & DevOps Practices\n\nSkilled in adopting SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery.\n\nExperienced in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and automation strategies.\n\nVersion Control & Data Engineering\n\nProficient in Bitbucket for version control.\n\nProblem Solving & Collaboration\n\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in complex environments.\n\nEffective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\n\nProven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges, especially in legacy-to-modern system transformations.\n\nII.
