This role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting behavioral goals, and helping clients develop positive coping and social skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one behavioral health services to assigned clientsImplement treatment goals outlined in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)Collect and document behavioral data and client progressModel interventions and strategies for caregiversSupport development of appropriate social, emotional, and behavioral skillsMaintain accurate and timely documentation for clinical and billing purposesCollaborate with supervisors, Behavior Consultants, and treatment team membersParticipate in required trainings and maintain compliance standardsRepresent the organization professionally in all interactionsQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow structured treatment plans and work independentlyPreferredBachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Education, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in another field with at least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescentsAssociate’s degree or 60 college credits with 3+ years of relevant experienceRequirementsAbility to obtain PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)Completion of all required training prior to independent client workCommitment to compliance with state, federal, and organizational standardsBenefits401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Time OffLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral ProgramTuition ReimbursementEmployee Discount ProgramsWork LocationThis is an in-person position based in Lancaster, PA (17601).
