If you’re looking for a job that leaves you feeling fulfilled and valued, then look no further than Val-Matic Valve.\nSummary\nThe Assembler is primarily responsible for the assembly of several different water valves components using the appropriate assembly techniques with additional responsibility in secondary equipment/operations.\nResponsibilities\nAssembles Valves and subassemblies per work instructions.\nTest Valves per work instructions.\nTest accessories (motor actuators, cylinders, etc) as required by specification or special instructions.\nPerform necessary paperwork (labor tickets, inspection sheets, etc)\nDemonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.\nMaintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.\nPerforms all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.\nResponsible for safety and quality throughout production\nResponsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.\nReports all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor\nPerforms other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager\nFollows all company policies and procedures.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience working in a Manufacturing Environment\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment\nUnderstand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training\nMust be able to understand verbal and written instructions\nTroubleshoot problems and report issues\nMust work well in team environment\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift\nUse of hands and fingers to perform job function\nAbility to stoop, kneel, bend and climb\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs\nWages\n$21.00\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nCompany Paid Life Insurance\nCompany Paid Short-Term Disability\n401k Match\nTuition Reimbursement\n10 Paid Holidays\nPTO\nFree Uniforms with laundry service\nSafety equipment reimbursement\nA pre-employment Background Check and a 6-panel (no THC) Drug screen are required.\nVal-Matic® is an equal opportunity employer.
