This role plays a critical part in translating production plans into operational results while ensuring strong collaboration across Supply Chain, Engineering, and third-party partners.\nIn addition to operational execution, this position supports strategic partner development and helps ensure Hyper’s manufacturing network is aligned to meet customer, quality, cost, delivery, and growth objectives.\nCore Responsibilities\nDevelop and deploy comprehensive production and capacity plans across manufacturing partners to maximize output, efficiency, and delivery performance.\nEnsure clear communication and alignment of the master production plan and detailed schedules across internal teams and external partners.\nPartner closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, and third-party manufacturers to ensure effective execution of production plans.\nSupport implementation and adoption of Hyper’s ERP systems to improve operational visibility, planning accuracy, and execution performance.\nOversee and support forecasting, material procurement, inventory management, warehousing (local and virtual), outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution activities.\nLead operational efforts related to identification, onboarding, and performance management of new manufacturing partners.\nDrive performance across safety, ethics, quality, delivery, cost, and cash objectives.\nSupport new product introductions, production readiness, and certification activities.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nManage operational cost and cash performance, including pricing support, payment terms, freight strategies, and MRO-related initiatives.\nParticipate in operational reviews, site visits, and corrective action initiatives with manufacturing partners.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across production planning, execution, and partner performance.\nServe as a key operational liaison for customers, partners, vendors, and distributors as needed.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n7–10+ years of progressive operations or manufacturing leadership experience.\nExperience in electrical equipment, power distribution, industrial manufacturing, or engineered-to-order environments.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and capacity management.\nDemonstrated experience managing and influencing third-party or contract manufacturing partners.\nExperience conducting site visits, operational reviews, and corrective action initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).\nDemonstrated leadership of operations teams, planners, or partner program managers.\nProven ability to influence without direct authority across internal and external organizations.\nAbility to travel up to approximately 50%.\nWhy Hyper?\nAt Hyper, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the manufacturing operations that support mission-critical power and infrastructure solutions.
