Manufacturing Technician - Plumbing

Job Summary We are immediately seeking an experienced service technician or plumber to manufacture our custom restroom and shower trailers, ensuring the quality and functionality of the plumbing and related systems. Location: Argos, IN 46501 Responsibilities Install commercial and residential plumbing systems, including PEX, water supply lines, winterization drains, water heaters, and pumps. Install and test plumbing fixtures such as sight glass(es), dump valve(s), fresh water connection, vent pipes, sinks, faucets, and toilets. Engage in the general construction and assembly of mobile restroom trailers Work collaboratively with team members to enhance processes. Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in a related field, preferably in trailer manufacturing or construction. Experience with installing commercial and residential plumbing is preferred. Experience with PEX, water heaters, and pumps is highly preferred. Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus. Ability to handle the physical tasks required for the job. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and creativity.
