This role combines traditional executive support with analytical rigor, dashboard creation, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically fluent, and capable of translating data into actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Calendar ManagementManage complex calendars across two senior engineering leadersCoordinate recurring meeting cadences:Staff meetings (multiple team segments)1:1s with direct reportsDepartment all-hands and leadership meetingsOptimize time allocation and meeting effectivenessDashboarding & AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into:Team health and performance metricsTicketing systems (e.g., Jira)Program and test progressAnalyze data trends and proactively surface insights to leadershipSupport a “metrics-driven” operating modelCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with engineering, marketing, finance, and program management teamsFacilitate communication and alignment across functionsAssist with recruiting coordination and onboarding logisticsContent & Communication SupportDevelop high-quality presentations and materials (PowerPoint, Canva)Support internal communications and meeting documentationMaintain documentation and workflows in tools such as Confluence and SharePointTeam Operations & EngagementCoordinate team events, offsites, and engagement initiativesSupport intern programs and seating/logistics planningHelp reinforce team culture and operational consistencyTool & Workflow ManagementLeverage and manage tools including:Jira, Confluence (ticketing, documentation)Excel (data analysis)PowerPoint / Canva (presentations)Slack (primary communication channel)Improve workflows and introduce lightweight project management practicesMinimum Qualifications5+ years of demonstrated experience in supporting senior leaders in engineering or technical organizationsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present dataExcellent organizational and time management skillsProactive, self-starter with strong follow-throughPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar toolsExperience building dashboardsExposure to project management methodologiesExperience supporting recruiting or HR-related processesFamiliarity with technical or engineering environmentsSuccess ProfileHighly proactive and anticipatoryCombines administrative excellence with curiosity to develop analytical capabilityComfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling with team growthBuild structure and clarity for leaders who are driving organizational changeAdditional Information:Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
