As a member of our team, you'll have the committed support to excel at your job and the resources to build an exciting career.\r\nPay, benefits and more.\r\nWe are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.\r\nWhat you'll do on a typical day:\r\nEnsure efficient daily operations of the warehouse\r\nPrepare schedules\r\nSupervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance\r\nMonitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service\r\nDemonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy\r\nAdhere to the GXO 7S program\r\nCommunicate well with leadership, team members and other departments\r\nImplement continuous improvement action plans\r\nAlways maintain a clean environment\r\nWhat you need to succeed at GXO:\r\nAt a minimum, you'll need:\r\n2 years of relevant work experience\r\nExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment\r\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends\r\nIt'd be great if you also have:\r\nBachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field\r\n2 years of managerial or supervisory experience\r\nBilingual English/Spanish\r\nExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environment\r\nWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience\r\nThis job requires the ability to:\r\nLift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights\r\nStand, sit or walk for extended periods of time\r\nReach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel\r\nHandle or manage tools or equipment\r\nTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments\r\nWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.\r\nGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
