This candidate will gather, document, create, and refine technical requirements using story cards as well as creating basic artifacts used in the design, development, and implementation of new systems. Experience with Planview Portfolios (formerly Planview Enterprise One) is highly desired. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required and LEAN principles preferred. This is a 8 month contract that goes through November with potential for extension.
