Your commitment to compliance with security regulations and your ability to handle various situations with calm assurance will make a significant impact every day.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols.\n* Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and common areas.\n* Monitor CCTV/security cameras and report suspicious activity.\n* Control access and verify authorized personnel.\n* Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.\n* Report suspicious persons, theft, vandalism, safety hazards, and property damage.\n* Maintain a visible and professional security presence.\n* Prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports.\n* Communicate effectively with supervisors and property management.\n* Contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.\n* Provide professional and courteous customer service.\n* Follow all company and client security procedures.\n* Perform other security-related duties as assigned.\n\n*Requirements:*\n\n* Valid Texas Security Officer License (Level II).\n* Previous security experience preferred.\n* Strong communication and observation skills.\n* Professional appearance and positive attitude.\n* Reliable transportation and punctuality.\n* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n* Must pass required background screening.\n\nJoin us if you’re motivated by protecting people and property while delivering outstanding customer service!
