Provides legal information sessions for citizenship class students as needed. Participates in SF pathways event and activities.Essential Functions:• Provides naturalization services such as completing N-400, N-600, DS-11/82, AR-11 and I-90 applications; assisting in securing disability waivers; and providing information and referrals, case management or counseling services as necessary.• Assists with civic engagement classes and citizenship test preparation.• Provides information and promotes utilization of naturalization services by conducting outreach to businesses, groups, and individuals; schedules and makes presentations to various target groups.• Establishes contacts and maintains good working relationships with key personnel in other agencies, including community-based service providers in the district and citywide providers.• Manages databases within the Naturalization Program as required.• Participates in professional development training sessions, meetings, hosting and prepares meeting minutes as assigned.• Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field with two years of related work experience.• Experience in providing legal, immigration, health, social, and/or aging services in the community, especially with diverse communities and knowledge of community resources.• Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow through.• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).• Proficient in MS Office and the Internet. Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.• Must be able to travel via public transportation or personal vehicle for performance of job duties.
