The role requires strong organizational skills, creative problem solving, and extraordinary time management skills. It is very important to have the ability to manage stressful situations and execute detailed tasks in a calm and controlled manner. The Operations Associate is the key to making sure that our trips are planned/executed meticulously and go off without a hitch.
