Capital Title is committed to excellence and trust in every transaction.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Processor for a full-time, on-site role in Beaumont, TX. The Commercial Escrow Processor will manage the escrow process by preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating closings, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The individual will work closely with escrow officers, clients, and other parties to facilitate seamless and timely closings for commercial transactions.QualificationsProficiency in Escrow processes, Closings, and Notary services preferredStrong Customer Service skills, with a professional and client-focused approachDetail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in relevant technology and software used in the title insurance and escrow industryAbility to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in escrow or title work is a plusPay is based on experiencePlease send inquiries to jhoffpauir@ctot.com
