In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.\n\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Mayer team in Charlotte, NC.\n\nEmployee's level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The Project Manager is responsible for managing project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing the customer correctly. The Project Manager owns the relationship with the customer, manages relationships with sales and vendors, and is responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nManage all aspects of low profile/complex projects\n\nCommunicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds (over, short & damaged) and resolve customer issues promptly\n\nRead through all purchase orders to understand requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct\n\nWork with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible\n\nCoordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returned goods, and account management to ensure we are meeting customer expectations\n\nExpedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction\n\nManage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charge\n\nReceive day to day requests from the project as well as large packages from the quotation team\n\nWith assistance from leadership, provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals\n\nWork with leadership to determine vendors and purchase requirements looking for additional pricing advantages and product substitution opportunities to substantially improve overall profitability of the project\n\nCoordinate with project team for documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nJob Duties Disclaimer\nThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
