Ideal candidates should have a bachelors degree with experience handling proteins, biological samples, cell cultures, or related laboratory materials.\nResponsibilities\nPerform routine laboratory activities in support of molecular profiling and bioconjugation projects.\nHandle, prepare, and work with proteins, biological samples, and cell culture materials.\nPrepare solutions, buffers, and reagents following established protocols.\nExecute experimental procedures with accuracy and attention to detail, including pipetting and sample preparation.\nSupport bioconjugation workflows under the guidance of senior scientists.\nReceive, organize, track, and maintain laboratory materials, compounds, and inventory.\nAssist with sample allocation, shipping, and general laboratory logistics.\nMaintain accurate experimental records using electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs).\nAnalyze, summarize, and communicate experimental data through reports and presentations.\nFollow laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to support project goals.\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in: Biochemistry\nBiology\nBiotechnology\nMolecular Biology\nChemical Biology\nBiomedical Sciences\nOr a related scientific discipline\n\nHands-on laboratory experience gained through academic research, internships, industry, or other research environments.\nExperience handling proteins, biological samples, cell cultures, or related laboratory materials.\nKnowledge of fundamental laboratory techniques and scientific principles.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to learn new techniques quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
