This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinancial Reporting and Analysis\nPrepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.\nAnalyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.\nEnsure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.\nInternal Controls and Compliance:\nEstablish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.\nOversee internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors\nEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.\nFinancial Operations Management:\nSupervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial operations.\nManage cash flow, working capital, and financial liquidity to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.\nOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.\nStrategic Financial Planning:\nCollaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.\nEvaluate financial implications of business decisions, investments, and partnerships.\nProvide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred,\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.\nProven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nProficiency in NetSuite\nStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary\nMedical, Dental, Life insurance, and Vision plans\nFully stocked breakroom\n401(K) plans with company match\nGenerous PTO\n\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonable related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
