In this role, you will be responsible for operating a coil winding machine to produce high-quality coils to make custom transformers efficiently and safely. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and manufacturing knowledge will drive operational excellence and contribute to our company's success. This position operates from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM.\nResponsibilities\nOperate coil winding machines to produce high quality transformer coils according to information and dimensions on the schematics.\nSet up machinery according to specifications, including using computer controlled winding machines.\nConduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.\nPerform tig welding to produce quality coils (we will train outstanding applicants to tig weld).\nQualifications\nProven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as plastics blow molding, injection molding, or CNC machines.\nMechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.\nBasic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production specifications. Must know how to use a measuring tape accurately to 1/32.\nPrior experience with hand tools, assembly processes, and use of precision measuring devices is preferred.
