Beverage and Hospitality Manager

You will play an instrumental role in shaping the dining and hospitality experience for our patrons. You will lead a team of kitchen and bar staff to ensure our operations run smoothly while maintaining high quality standards, service, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and special events.
Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and bartenders.
Collaborate with the culinary team to update and create menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
Closely monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to control costs and maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and liquor laws
Handle Customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or a similar role. Bartending and/or Culinary experience preferred.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, cost control, and inventory management.
Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred. Required upon hiring.
