Role Description We are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team at our Lehi, UT office. In this on-site role, the Staff Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial activities, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, managing accounts receivable/payable, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves working closely with teams to analyze financial data and support decision-making processes. Qualifications Proficiency in general accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliationExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial recordsFamiliarity with payroll processing and tax regulationsStrong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team setting
