You will be responsible for nurturing a positive, team-oriented environment, ensuring financial goals and deadlines are being met, and assisting the office leader in business development.\nYour Role\nManage day-to-day operations and team members in the studio.\nOversee projects for the Retail Architecture & Design group.\nHave a complete knowledge and understanding of all financial tools and reports.\nEnsure all proposals and contracts are in place.\nReview all project budget reports prior to contract executions.\nOversee the group's organizational chart, project budget reports, monthly revenue projections, and financials, and prepare monthly business reports.\nPrepare the group’s organization chart.\nReview the group’s forecast and current/future staff needs.\nActively market and promote Ware Malcomb to secure new work and grow the group; attend business development and networking functions.\nAttend all scheduling meetings and maintain regular contact with Project Managers.\nParticipate in candidate interviews and team member reviews with senior management; assist with recruiting new team members.\nCreate and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.\nSupport and attend your group’s Ware Malcomb active and social events that promote health, fitness, community, and philanthropy.\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience within the field of architecture\nPreferred experience in a leadership role\nExperience working on retail projects\nExperience developing and maintaining client relationships\nBusiness Development experience and strong local network preferred\nRegistered Interior Designer or NCIDQ Certification strongly preferred\nBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field\nCAD and Revit knowledge\nAbility to lead and foster a team environment\nThe compensation range is $110k-$130k, plus benefits. We may exceed the posted compensation range for candidates who surpass the posted requirements.
