Swim lesson Instructor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Swim Instructor or lifeguard (also CPR/First Aid) certified to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in swim instruction and a genuine interest in working with students of all ages. We own a private heated outdoor pool in Bend. Flexible days and times. Looking to hire immediately. Duties: - Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups following established curriculum - Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their swimming techniques - Ensure the safety of all participants in the swimming area - Follow engaging lesson plans to enhance students' swimming skills - Maintain a clean and organized pool area Qualifications: - Previous experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, sports coaching, or sports education - Ability to work with students of various ages and skill levels - Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage students - Certification in CPR and First Aid a must before you apply. We need someone a few days a week, possibly weekends and part time, if you desire more time there is also that possibility as classes fill up.
