This is a hands-on role focused on programming, process improvement, troubleshooting, and supporting production.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Develop and maintain CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining and turning centers.\n* Support machining process development, tooling, fixturing, and work instructions.\n* Troubleshoot CNC programming, tooling, and machining issues.\n* Perform time studies and support production efficiency improvements.\n* Use SPC/process capability data to improve quality and first-pass yield.\n* Support NPI, cost estimating, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n* Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* 5–10 years of CNC programming experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.\n* Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining, turning, and/or grinding.\n* CAM experience with Esprit, Mastercam, Edgecam, GibbsCAM, or Fusion 360.\n* Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixturing.\n* Experience with SolidWorks or NX is a plus.\n* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\n* Aerospace or other precision manufacturing experience preferred.\n\nIf you're an experienced CNC Programmer looking to work on complex aerospace components and advanced machining processes, we'd love to hear from you.
