Must live in the Central Florida area.\nSoftware Engineer Job Responsibilities:\nDeveloping front end/website architecture.\nEnsuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.\nEnsuring responsiveness of applications.\nComplete projects from conception to finished product.\nDesigning and developing APIs.\nMeeting both technical and consumer needs.\nContinuous learning of web applications and programming languages.\nSoftware Engineer Qualifications / Skills:\nAnalyzing information\nGeneral programming skills\nSoftware design\nSoftware debugging\nSoftware documentation\nSoftware testing\nProblem solving\nTeamwork\nSoftware development fundamentals\nSoftware development process\nSoftware requirement gathering\nEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience\n5+ years of professional software development experience\nProficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, React\nFamiliarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MuleSoft, and MS SQL.\nApplication architecture and design patterns\nExperience throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred\nExperience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications\nFamiliarity with DevOps along with a Kubernetes infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with Unix and Windows operating systems\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
