Air Conditioning Technician

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance and repairs on all types of HVAC equipment. The successful candidate must also be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Understand the principles of thermodynamics and heat transfer. Perform calculations to determine the size of HVAC systems for new construction or remodeling projects. Test and inspect HVAC systems for proper operation. Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
