This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.These individuals will be responsible for leading a small team of developers while remaining heavily involved in hands-on development work, with the role being roughly a 60/40 split between coding and leadership responsibilities. The team is focused on building an additional layer on top of an existing application to simplify product offerings, accelerate feature development, and improve client onboarding speed.The environment is highly collaborative, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering closely with product teams and scrum masters while helping guide and mentor a team of approximately 3–5 developers.
