Apply today!\r\nResponsibilities\r\nOperate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, batching/pelleting systems) to manufacture livestock feed\r\nReceive, handle, and move feed ingredients, load and unload trucks\r\nPrepare and manage loadout, including opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling, and ensuring accurate product delivery\r\nMonitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy\r\nPerform routine equipment maintenance (greasing, inspections, minor troubleshooting) and report mechanical issues\r\nMaintain a clean, safe mill environment through daily housekeeping, spill cleanup, and site upkeep\r\nFollow all safety, quality, and compliance standards while working with the team to meet daily production targets\r\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\r\nMust meet minimum age requirement\r\n1+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, agriculture, or general labor environments.\r\nAdditional Qualifications\r\nAbility to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile\r\nAbility to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands\r\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred\r\nAgriculture experience preferred\r\nForklift certification preferred\r\nPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
