Successful Hogsalt team members are enthusiastic about providing genuine hospitality to guests and actively contribute to an organized, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.\r\nWe offer a full suite of benefits, including partially subsidized medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) program, commuter benefits, dining discounts and rewards, and vested paid time off!\r\nExperience & Qualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.\r\n\r\n\r\nPassion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong food and beverage knowledge with the desire to continually learn more.\r\n\r\n\r\nOpen availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs, and stooping.\r\n\r\n\r\nDuties & Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.\r\n\r\n\r\nProvide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible.\r\n\r\n\r\nGuide guests through the menu and overall dining experience, providing thoughtful recommendations of food and beverage items.\r\n\r\n\r\nProperly course all food and beverage items and ensure satisfaction of each item/course.\r\n\r\n\r\nWork with other servers, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient service.\r\n\r\n\r\nAddress any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.\r\n\r\n\r\nObserve all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions.\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure proper payment is collected for each table or guest.\r\n\r\n\r\nComplete all closing duties including a financial checkout, closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.\r\n\r\n\r\nHogsalt is not your typical restaurant group.
