Our record USD 4.6 billion order backlog and strong book-to-bill ratio reflect long-term confidence in our mission and solutions.\nJoin us at Landis+Gyr, where we manage energy better!\nJob Summary\nTrain customers, contractors and company personnel in the application, operation, maintenance, and installation of Landis+Gyr products\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTrain customers in the implementation of system functionality.\nDevelop training plans for Support Services, Sales and other departments as new release of software and hardware become available, with supervision from Technical Trainer II and/or Manager.\nDeliver and maintain on-line training modules currently delivered via WebEx.\nTeach classes in the applications, operation, maintenance, and installation of company products.\nTeach classes as required, at regional training facilities, customer locations and via WebEx.\nCoordinate training activities (room setup, courseware shipping, travel accommodations etc) for all training events.\nDevelop with supervision and maintain courseware material used for training events. International travel may also be required.\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\nAssociate (AA) or Bachelor's Degree in electronics, computer science, or related field plus a minimum of two years of experience in technical training or an equivalent combination of education/experience.\nBasic understanding of Landis+Gyr products.\n\nWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements/Safety/PPE/OHSAS:\n\nWorking Conditions: Typical indoor office environment with the majority of time spent sitting and working on a computer using keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
