Vapi (/ˈVɑːpi/)We’re creating the shift to voice as humanity’s default interfaceWe’re the most configurable platform for deploying voice agentsWe’ve grown to over 700k developers in two years, adding 2,000+ every dayTry talking to Vapi now!Why We’re Hiring This RoleWe’re looking for a VP of Marketing to own our full go-to-market narrative and growth engine as we scale from early traction (600K+ developers) to category leadership in voice AIThis is a builder role focused on creating a high-performance, developer-first marketing system that supports both PLG growth and enterprise pipelineYou will partner directly with the founders to define the category, sharpen positioning, and translate technical depth into market impactWhat You’ll Do30 Day:Build a deep understanding of Vapi’s product, developer motion, and enterprise GTM strategyAudit current marketing channels, growth loops, and attribution systemsAlign with founders and GTM leadership on positioning, priorities, and success metrics60 Day:Establish marketing operating cadence (OKRs, pipeline reviews, reporting)Refine positioning and messaging across developer and enterprise audiencesBegin scaling high-impact growth channels (content, SEO, developer engagement)90 Day:Launch a cohesive marketing engine spanning developer growth, product marketing, and demand generationImplement clear attribution and resource allocation across channelsDeliver measurable impact on developer activation and enterprise pipeline generationWho You AreYou’ve scaled a developer-first or infrastructure product from early traction to meaningful growth (e.g. $30M to $100M ARR or 100K to 1M+ users)You understand both PLG and enterprise GTM motions and how to balance them effectivelyProduct marketing is your core strength.
