Corporate Safety and Physical Security Systems Support EngineerSupport and maintain CSPS Systems. Experience with multiple ACS and VMS systems is required. Certified in Milestone and S2 is desired but not required. Optimizing efficiencies within the systems. Diagnosing & troubleshooting any logical issues within the ACS and VMS. If system issues cannot be resolved in house, a service ticket will be opened with a vendor.Service Calls Communicate with facilities, engineering, and security officers to identify faulty doors and cameras. Initiate service tickets with security vendors for all office locations. Coordinate service visit with vendor and on-site POC. Support technicians when they are onsite from and S2 and Milestone perspective. Follow up with vendor to coordinate required parts and return visits.Provide technical support for officers Focus of support will be for Offices. Assist with CCTV viewing stations. Daily support of S2 for teams. Support Guard House equipment. Any physical security equipment that is not supported directly by IT will be supported by this role.Work Orders Initiate small projects such as single door or camera adds with security vendors. Coordinate install with security vendor, facilities, and relevant IT teams.IT Tracking Maintain and update IT equipment trackers as new security equipment is installed, and old equipment is replaced.#DICE
