A company is looking for a Talent Community Call Center - Underwriter PL - I. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze applications, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements to determine policy eligibility Handle inbound calls and chats from agents and clients regarding policy forms and underwriting decisions Maintain strong relationships with agents and provide guidance on coverage and departmental processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred Three to five years of underwriting experience in Personal Lines or equivalent education and experience General knowledge of insurance statutes, regulations, and policies Strong knowledge of Property/Casualty insurance underwriting principles Active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred
