Outside Sales Associate - FastServ

SUMMARY: Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and providing value-added service to customers through industrial supply sales. Monitors industry trends, identifies emerging markets, and develops a comprehensive plan to capture additional market share. An ambassador of the company and a trusted face to our customers while adhering to company values. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a sales representative in the industrial supply industry Must have a clean driving record and vehicle to visit customer sites SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: Highly self-motivated and target-driven Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Relationship management skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience/customer needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Develop and execute a sales plan in the local territory to meet and exceed sales goals Sell industrial and maintenance supplies business to business Conduct cold calls with manufacturing, maintenance, construction, and other industrial job sites Maintain and grow the existing customer base through consultive sales Other duties assigned by the regional manager to ensure local branch success Revenue Qualification: New hire or current book of business averaging below $70,000+ in monthly sales, $840,000+ in annual sales. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to efficiently use a personal computer equipped with a standard keyboard and mouse Ability to communicate in English to locate, read, and report information Lift, lower, and carry product up to 50 lbs. and regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch Ability to drive own vehicle daily to customer sites Winzer Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
