The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing events, sponsorships, or conferences, along with a demonstrated track record in effective project management. The ideal candidate will also be able to identify and implement process efficiencies and create tools to support conference delivery. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
