You will have the ability to lead and support our new development and legacy products.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\nProvide embedded software development support to current and existing airborne receivers.\nSupport new development and maintenance of legacy code.\nResponsible for requirements definition, designing software, writing code, testing new and legacy code, and documenting these efforts.\nWork closely with Program Management, other project team members, and customer representatives.\nParticipate in bi-weekly software meetings.\nOccasional travel to offsite government and non-government test facilities.\nOther duties as required.\n\nRequired Skills:\nBachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar degree.\n6+ years of experience in Software and Embedded software development and engineering for complex organizations\nExcellent hardware/software troubleshooting skills\nHigh level of initiative with ability to self-manage\nEmbedded Linux experience\nExperience with digital signal processing concepts, such as: A/D, D/A, filters\nExperience with basic test equipment: Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers\nAbility to obtain a US Government security clearance.
