Our mission is to educate every member so that they have the tools they need to meet the challenges of a changing industry.Who we're looking for:Creative, dynamic teachers with good interpersonal skills who enjoy working in diverse linguistic and cultural settings.Teachers looking to empower workers through industry skills education.Proof of COVID vaccination and booster required. Responsibilities:Plan, adapt, and implement lesson plans aligned to the program curriculum and incorporate the provided educational materials.Teach English conversation skills through a student-centered teaching approach.Maintain and submit records of attendance.Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor.Participate in relevant professional development activities, as available. Qualifications:MA in TESOL, TESL, TEFL, or CELTAMinimum of 4 years teaching experienceProficient English speakers with strong knowledge of English and language use.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with students from a variety of linguistic and cultural backgrounds.Ability to use digital platforms to instruct, communicate, and record program data. COVID-19 ConsiderationsRecord of completed COVID-19 vaccine or confirmed medical/religious exemption required.Compliance with current COVID-19 protocols of the organization.
