This role requires strong hands-on technical skills along with the ability to independently manage daily building operations when needed. The ideal candidate is confident, experienced, and able to step into a lead capacity if required.Core ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and building systemsComplete work orders efficiently while maintaining high quality standardsPerform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service logsRespond to emergency repairs independently and professionallyMaintain inventory control and proper use of parts and materialsCompliance and SafetyAdhere to all federal, state, and local safety regulationsEnsure proper handling of hazardous materialsMaintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and vendorsFollow reporting and documentation procedures accuratelyResident RelationsRespond promptly and professionally to resident service requestsCommunicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and stakeholdersMaintain a service-focused and solution-oriented mindsetQualificationsMinimum 4 to 5 years of residential or condominium maintenance experienceStrong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systemsEPA 608 Certification required, Universal certification preferredProven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office systems including Excel and WordPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to move throughout the property and navigate stairsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to operate standard maintenance tools and equipment safelyBenefitsCompensation:Hourly Rate: $30
