Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls using lean principles. Responsible for engineering changes and change control management. Coordinates and plans manufacturing launch for new and revised products. Provide Industrial Engineering support to all manufacturing operations through the application of lean manufacturing / Kaizen principles. Develop work instructions, process flow layout, and set-up procedures while adhering to safety, quality and productivity procedures and policies.\nPrimary Responsibilities other duties may be assigned.\nConfers with production control, tool/tool path design programmers, manufacturing, and quality assurance concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.\nConfers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.\nProvides support to the plant floor as requested.\nMaintain all required customer documentation.\nReview customer specification changes for impact on product and take appropriate action.\nImplement new orders and changes to orders in the manufacturing process.\nSkills and Abilities Solid Works proficiency a must.\nHigh aptitude in GD&T and can create/interpret work instructions.\nAbility to generate detailed assembly instructions.\nComputer skills should include proficiency with MS Office products.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nSuccessfully drive simultaneous activities, meet deadlines, and achieve results.\nMasterCam Programming experience\nExperience with JobBOSS a plus\nQualifications You love tackling multidisciplinary problems and working hands‑on (independently and as part of the team) to discover and test solutions. You enjoy working directly on equipment: getting your hands dirty is a requirement. You have a mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with tools, practical manufacturing mindset. You can drive the manufacturing process toward maximum stability, repeatability, and quality. You are committed to the scientific method; you use physical and materials knowledge to form hypotheses, independently measure characteristics of parts and materials (metrology) and make data‑driven decisions to improve the processes. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, co‑workers, and management.
