If you’re ready to dive in, take ownership, and ship real value, keep reading.\n\nResponsibilities:\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nWrite quality software, participate in code reviews, and help develop best practices and documentation.\nSupport full-stack systems design decisions involving API architecture, data models, and UI component structure.\nEmbrace AI-drive development, building the guardrails, validation layers, end-to-end tests, and supporting systems that keep AI-assisted output safe, reliable, and production-grade.\nBuild intuitive, responsive front-end experiences using React and modern component libraries, translating requirements into clean, reusable UI components.\nWrite clean, secure back-end services using Express.js, with a focus on REST APIs, modular design, and Prisma ORM.\nCollaborate across design, product, DevSecOps, and field teams to launch features quickly and securely.\nSupport automated testing and code quality gates by writing and reviewing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\nTroubleshoot bugs, squash performance bottlenecks, and build for IL6 deployment requirements.\nQualifications:\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of relevant software engineering experience.\nDemonstrated expertise in full stack software development.\nExperience using AI-enabled development tools to rapidly ship software.\nStrong frontend skills: React (component design, hooks, modern front-end patterns), JavaScript/TypeScript, and a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.\nStrong backend skills: Express.JS, with hands-on experience with Prisma ORM and relational databases, plus a solid understanding of SQL, indexing, and query optimization.\nExperience with testing tools across the stack (e.g., Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress) and a track record of building automated validation and end-to-end testing into delivery.\nFamiliarity with secure software development practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc).\nComfortable with Agile/Lean, rapid delivery cycles, and direct user feedback loops.\n\nBonus Points For:\nHands-on work with secure government environments (DoD, IL5+, FedRAMP).\nExperience building geospatial applications.\nCertifications like Security+ and AWS Developer/Architect.\nPast experience at a startup or in rapid-growth teams.\n\nThe target salary range for this position is $111426.84 - $192890.16.\n\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
