DOE\r\nThe Corporate & Commercial Platforms team at one of our largest energy clients is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple initiatives focused on customer-facing applications and ServiceNow platform improvements. This role will manage 3-4 concurrent projects and play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, supporting execution, and ensuring project milestones are met across both Agile and Waterfall initiatives.\r\nThe ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, including internal teams and external partners. This individual will support project governance, meeting coordination, risk tracking, reporting, and light analysis while helping drive progress across several technology initiatives including ServiceNow platform enhancements, service portal consolidation, and application upgrades. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting both project management and business analysis activities within a dynamic technology environment.\r\nBasic Qualifications:\r\nBachelors degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, or similar).\r\n37 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or business analysis.\r\nExperience managing multiple concurrent technology projects.\r\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow environments or enterprise application platforms.\r\nExperience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.\r\nStrong organizational and stakeholder management skills.\r\nAbility to coordinate UAT activities, risk tracking, and status reporting.\r\nExperience working with external vendors or consulting partners.\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to engage across multiple stakeholder groups.\r\nAwareness of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\r\nITIL familiarity is a plus.\r\nPMP certification not required.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nManage and coordinate 34 concurrent projects supporting customer-facing platforms and internal service tools.\r\nSupport initiatives to reduce customizations within the ServiceNow platform and improve platform standardization.\r\nAssist with consolidation of HR and IT service portals within ServiceNow following pilot implementation.\r\nCoordinate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.\r\nTrack project risks, issues, timelines, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and visibility.\r\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support project milestone delivery.\r\nWork with external consulting partners and vendors to ensure deliverables and escalations are managed effectively.\r\nSupport an upcoming upgrade to the OpenText LoadRunner performance testing platform.\r\nMaintain project tracking and reporting within ServiceNow and Microsoft Project.\r\nProvide light data analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.\r\nAssist leadership with stakeholder alignment and program preparation activities for future strategic initiatives.\r\nWhats in it for you?\r\nA welcoming, team environment where you will be provided an opportunity to work with a Fortune 200 company in Baltimore, MD.
