Bucket Truck Operator

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bucket Truck Operator to join our team in Granger, IN . As a Bucket Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a bucket truck to perform various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and general outdoor work. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a bucket truck to perform tree trimming, pruning, and removals - Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and mulching - Perform general lawn care duties including fertilizing, watering, and weed control - Use rigging techniques to safely lower branches and debris from trees - Ensure proper maintenance and inspection of the bucket truck and associated equipment - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Qualifications: - MUST HAVE: Experience in roping and rigging limbs and logs. - MUST HAVE: Valid driver's license and or CDL - Knowledge of bucket truck operation and rigging techniques knowledge of snow plowing (seasonal) - Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Pay is Based on your knowledge. Starting pay is $24/ hr and is negotiable depending on your knowledge and work ethic.
