This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in strategic, cross-functional environments and enjoy partnering with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and quality initiatives across a global organization.\nThis position plays a key role in supporting large-scale programs by coordinating strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPartner closely with senior quality leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.\nCoordinate cross-functional projects and facilitate collaboration between Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units.\nPrepare executive presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up action plans.\nMonitor project milestones, KPIs, and program deliverables while providing regular progress updates.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization.\nCoordinate special projects, identify potential risks, and help drive timely resolution of action items.\nMaintain accurate documentation while handling confidential business information with discretion.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management, Quality, Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Project Coordination.\nExperience supporting executive leadership or senior management in a highly collaborative environment.\nStrong understanding of quality systems, process improvement methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.\nExcellent organizational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience within the aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.\nAbility to travel domestically up to 10% as needed.\n\nExport Control Notice: This position is subject to U.S. Export Control regulations.
