Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and software issues; performs routine inspections and updates; and ensures proper installation and configuration during machine moves. Monitors for suspicious activity and reports discrepancies immediately to protect company assets and maintain regulatory compliance.Clearly communicates details regarding Players Club rewards, promotions, property features, and special events. Encourages guest participation in marketing programs to enhance their overall experience and loyalty.Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills by clearly conveying information to guests, coworkers, and management.
