Reporting to the respective store manager & store owner.\n\nTasks, Duties, & Responsibilities:\nSales Generation:\nConsistently meet and exceed sales goals.\nDevelop store management and associate sales techniques.\nActively manage clientele applications.\nCo-manage social media to generate virtual sales and drive awareness\nIdentify business opportunity areas in individual stores and markets.\nCollaborate with all departments to implement business-driving strategies.\n\nCustomer Experience: Create the best possible customer service, and nurture long-lasting relationships with our Hemline\ncustomers, and wow new shoppers into becoming loyal customers.\nMaintain a warm, helpful, and authentic shopping environment.\nDemonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency in \"selling floor readiness\" prior to the store opening and throughout the shift.\nIdentify and implement out of box opportunities to exceed customer expectations.\nOversee the management of customer special orders and follow-ups.\nMaintain floor presence to assist customers and monitor client interaction with both team and technology.\nIdentify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements.\n\nOperations:\nMaintain inventory accuracy.\nUphold seamless store operational procedures.\nEnsure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.\n\nMerchandising / Visual:\nEnsure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times.\nProvide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance.\nEnsure inventory levels and product assortments meet customers' needs.\nEnsure the online shopping experience mimics the in-store experience and reflects seasonal changes, and shifts in featured products, and always maintains the highest levels of branding standards.\n\nPeople & Culture:\nConsistently identify talent needs and work with the Store Manager on acquiring talent.\nDisplay a dedicated approach to motivate, develop, and retain talent.\nConsistently provide performance feedback to ensure growth, change, and results.\nSupport all training and customer experience programs.\n\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
