Address exceptionally complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions with considerable autonomy.\r\nHow You'll Contribute\r\nAnalyze product design and development changes.\r\nEstablish procedures for change control and configuration.\r\nPrepare configuration documentation to support development and engineering efforts.\r\nCommunicate and coordinate with customers and other stakeholders to determine processes for change reporting.\r\nReview released engineering change data and documentation to ensure compliance with configuration management policies and regulations.\r\nLead a team to create and maintain software, hardware, and documentation configuration baselines, including development, test, and production.\r\nMentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.\r\nYou Have\r\n8+ years of experience with configuration management (CM) or systems analysis, including environment integrity, baselines, documentation, and software lifecycle management.\r\nExperience managing Configuration Control Boards.\r\nExperience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.\r\nAbility to generate, edit, and maintain program documentation, including process documentation, version description documents, and the Configuration Management Plan (CMP).\r\nAbility to define what items are under configuration control, such as code, IaC, pipelines, docs, binaries, or container images.\r\nAbility to demonstrate cross-functional communications with a variety of engineering teams.\r\nTS/SCI clearance.\r\nBachelor's degree.\r\nNice If You Have\r\nExperience with Cloud software development, requirements traceability, government contract data requirements lists, risk management processes, or best practices.\r\nTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.\r\nMaster's degree.\r\nCM, ASEP, OCSMP Fundamental, Agile or SAFe, or INCOSE CSEP certifications.\r\nClearance\r\nApplicants will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.\r\nCompensation\r\nSalary range: $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible for the benefits program.
