The selected consultant will be responsible for designing and developing new enterprise applications using provided business rules while supporting existing DOCCS systems. The consultant will collaborate with multiple infrastructure teams, develop system documentation, modernize legacy applications, and provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
