The portal will serve as a centralized platform connecting external distributors with internal functions including Sales, SCM, TQR, and SS&OP.\r\nKey Responsibilities Partner closely with the UI/UX Designer and QA & Technical Documentation Analyst throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nDesign, develop, and deploy the Business Partners Portal within 3 months.\r\nBuild secure user authentication and role-based access control.\r\nDevelop distributor-specific permissions and workflow routing.\r\nCreate PO upload and document management functionality.\r\nDevelop notification and status tracking features.\r\nBuild and maintain cloud-hosted development and test environments.\r\nSupport UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-launch stabilization activities.\r\nCreate and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nDevelop server recovery and disaster recovery procedures.\r\nPerform server environment configuration protocol testing to ensure business continuity.\r\nCollaborate with IT, Sales, LATAM COE, SCM, TQR, and other stakeholders.\r\nRequirements Fluent in both English and Korean.\r\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\r\nStrong experience in full-stack web application development.\r\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc.).\r\nExperience with GitHub and source control management.\r\nStrong understanding of workflow automation and business process design.\r\nExcellent documentation and communication skills.\r\nContract Completion Requirements Development is completed.\r\nAll documentation and user manuals are delivered.\r\nServer environments are fully configured.\r\nUAT is successfully completed.\r\nHypercare and stabilization activities are completed.\r\nKnowledge transfer and final handover are accepted by Samyang America.\r\nAdditional Requirements Must be available to work on-site at the Brea, California office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.\r\nMust be available to support Go-Live activities and post-launch stabilization efforts when required (within the contract period).\r\nMust be willing to work closely with Samyang America IT, Sales, SCM, TQR, SS&OP, and LATAM COE teams throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nContract Terms Initial contract term: 3 months.\r\nContract may be extended based on project needs and business requirements.\r\nWork schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.\r\nRegular on-site attendance is required throughout the project duration.\r\nCompensation: $156,000 – $181,000 annual salary (paid pro-rata for 3-month contract).\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity Employer Samyang America is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
