Experience with at least one of Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch is mandatory. Key Responsibilities · Provide technical leadership for on-premises infrastructure and platform services. · Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux-based production environments. · Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical services. · Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution. · Implement operational best practices, automation, and monitoring. · Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve production issues. · Drive operational excellence through standard operating procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement. · Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
