You’ll work closely with design and production teams to ensure timely, precise, and visually accurate results. This role is hands‑on and technical, ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with process‑driven work.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMachine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate DTF printers. Monitor print runs for accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.\n\nArtwork Preparation: Review digital artwork and ensure files are properly formatted, color‑matched, and print‑ready using RIP software and other graphic tools.\n\nQuality Control: Inspect prints for alignment, clarity, and color accuracy. Identify and correct errors to ensure every product meets company and client standards.\n\nMaintenance: Conduct daily cleaning, perform regular maintenance, and handle basic troubleshooting to ensure printers operate at peak performance.\n\nMaterial Management: Load and manage transfer films, inks, and other materials.
